Carleton Ching<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

Carleton Ching<\/strong> has been selected as the director of land development for the University of Â鶹´«Ã½<\/span><\/a>. His appointment will be effective on November 30, 2015. <\/p>\n

As director of land development, Ching will be responsible for maximizing return on UH<\/abbr>’s land assets and he will be charged with systemwide planning, development and oversight of the university’s developed and undeveloped properties. <\/p>\n

“Carleton’s extensive experience in real estate development, coupled with his proven leadership, makes him the ideal executive to help further the university’s strategic direction and focus on being a high performance organization,” said UH<\/abbr> President David Lassner<\/strong>. “Carleton will be instrumental in leveraging the university’s land assets to support our core mission of providing quality, affordable higher education to the people of Â鶹´«Ã½<\/span>.” <\/p>\n

Ching brings more than 30 years of professional experience in both the private and public sectors, most recently as the senior director for community and government relations for Castle & Cooke Â鶹´«Ã½<\/span><\/a>. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
