The program is sponsored by the <a href=\"http:\/\/hilo.hawaii.edu\/campusinfo\/index.php\">University Concierge<\/a> and <a href=\"http:\/\/hilo.hawaii.edu\/nsp\/index.php\">New Student Programs<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2>Registration<\/h2>\n<p>Bicycles are checked out on a first-come-first-served basis. First-time users first need to <a href=\"http:\/\/hilo.hawaii.edu\/campusinfo\/BikeShareRegistration.php\">register online<\/a> before borrowing a bicycle. Each online registration is valid for the entire academic year, but users must present a valid <abbr>UH<\/abbr> Hilo student, faculty or staff <abbr>ID<\/abbr> to the concierge staff in order to complete each individual check out.<\/p>\n<p>Hours to check out a bike are between 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, at the University Concierge Desk located at Student Services Center room E101 (campus map).
