Richardson School of Law<\/a> for a symposium discussing <span aria-label=\"Hawaii\">Â鶹´«Ã½<\/span>&#8217;s newly established environmental court, which will begin operation on July 1. The panel addressed questions about the court and its jurisdiction as well as its potential impact in <span aria-label=\"Hawaii\">Â鶹´«Ã½<\/span>.<\/p>\n<p>A news conference panel included Doug Codiga of the <a href=\"http:\/\/hsba.org\/\"><span aria-label=\"Hawaii\">Â鶹´«Ã½<\/span> State Bar Association<\/a>, Cynthia Thielen and Chris Lee of the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.capitol.hawaii.gov\/house.aspx\"><span aria-label=\"Hawaii\">Â鶹´«Ã½<\/span> House of Representatives<\/a>, C. Raj Kumar of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.jgu.edu.in\/\">O.P. Jindal Global University<\/a>, Associate Justice Michael D. Wilson of the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.courts.state.hi.us\/courts\/supreme\/hawaii_supreme_court.html\"><span aria-label=\"Hawaii\">Â鶹´«Ã½<\/span> State Supreme Court<\/a> and Dean <strong>Avi Soifer<\/strong> and Associate Dean <strong>Denise Antolini<\/strong> of the William S.
