This does not include returns with business and rental income or complex investments. Tax returns can be electronically filed and refunds direct-deposited for faster service.<\/p>\n<h2>What to bring:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Photo identification for you and your spouse<\/li>\n<li>Social security cards for you, your spouse and dependents<\/li>\n<li>Birth dates for you, spouse and dependents<\/li>\n<li>Wage and earning statement(s) forms W-2, W-2G, 1099-R, from all employers<\/li>\n<li>Interest and dividend statements from banks (Forms 1099)<\/li>\n<li>A copy of last year&#8217;s federal and <span aria-label=\"Hawaii\">Â鶹´«Ã½<\/span> returns if available<\/li>\n<li>Bank routing numbers and account numbers for direct deposit of refunds, optional<\/li>\n<li>Real estate taxes paid for your personal residence<\/li>\n<li>College tuition, textbooks and required supplies costs and scholarship information<\/li>\n<li>Total paid for day care; provider&#8217;s address and identifying numbers<\/li>\n<li>Information for itemized deductions<\/li>\n<li>Mortgage interest and real estate taxes paid for your personal residence<\/li>\n<li>Charitable contribution receipts<\/li>\n<li>Substantial out-of-pocket medical and work-related costs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>To file taxes electronically on a married filing joint tax return, both spouses must be present to sign the required forms.<\/p>\n<h2>Walk-in assistance<\/h2>\n<p>Volunteers will be available to assist taxpayers every:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Tuesdays and Thursdays from now through March 19, 1:30 p.m.&#8211;5:30 p.m.<\/li>\n<li>Saturdays from February 7 to March 28, 9 a.m.&#8211;1 p.m. (doors close at noon)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>No appointments can be taken. Simply walk-in and sign the waiting list in room <abbr>BE<\/abbr> 229 on the Pearl City campus.
