The report is being made available in accordance with <span aria-label=\"Hawaii\">Â鶹´«Ã½<\/span>&#8217;s public records law and the public interest.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.hawaii.edu\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/01\/Redacted_NOA.pdf\">Download the Notice of Allegations (<abbr>PDF<\/abbr>)<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&ldquo;We take these allegations very seriously,&rdquo; said <abbr>UH<\/abbr> M&#257;noa Chancellor Robert Bley-Vroman. &ldquo;As a member of the <abbr>NCAA<\/abbr>, we are committed to following the rules and to maintaining the highest standards in all of our programs.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>According to the <abbr>NCAA<\/abbr> process, the next step is that <abbr>UH<\/abbr> and named individuals have up to 90 days to respond. Then the <abbr>NCAA<\/abbr> enforcement staff has up to 60 days to reply.
