The University of Â鶹´«Ã½<\/span>—West Oʻahu<\/span><\/a> recently signed an agreement with Tokai University<\/a> establishing an academic partnership between the two universities. The agreement builds on the partnership between UH<\/abbr> West Oʻahu<\/span> and Â鶹´«Ã½<\/span> Tokai International College (HTIC<\/abbr>), which is the first of its kind in the nation between a public university and a U.S. accredited international junior college with physical campuses next to each other. HTIC<\/abbr> is the only Japan-affiliated liberal arts college accredited by the U.S. Accrediting Commission for Community and Junior Colleges of the Western Association of Schools and Colleges<\/a>.<\/p>\n
