Kauaʻi<\/span> Community College<\/a> students in both the introductory and intermediate levels of digital photography courses will exhibit their works at the Waimea Theatre<\/a> this holiday season. On display will be a collection ranging from landscape photography to portraiture and still-life photography.<\/p>\n

Taught by instructor Serge Marcil<\/strong>, Kauaʻi<\/span> CC<\/abbr>’s digital photography courses cover everything from the basics of camera handling to lighting for portraits and the aesthetics of taking good photos. Students learn using the college’s state of the art digital single lens reflex cameras. With Marcil, coordinator of the Waimea exhibition, students will also put into practice their art exhibition installment skills.<\/p>\n

The exhibit will be on display December 14–27<\/p>\n
