Employees must first apply for admission (submit a <abbr>UH<\/abbr> admission application form to the admissions office) by the appropriate deadline and be admitted before registering for classes.<\/p>\n<p>Employees should disregard the scheduled registration time given to them by <a href=\"https:\/\/myuh.hawaii.edu\">MyUH<\/a> since faculty\/staff tuition waivers are valid only for classes registered during the Late Registration Period, August 25 to September 3. Employees must register on My<abbr>UH<\/abbr> website. Faculty and staff who register before the late registration period will be assessed all applicable tuition and fees. No refunds will be made.<\/p>\n<p>Tuition and fees must be paid in full by Wednesday, September 3, 2014, 4 p.m. (<abbr>HST<\/abbr>). Absolute last day to process fall 2014 faculty\/staff\/spouse\/domestic partner tuition waivers will be Monday, September 15, 2014, 3:30 p.m. (<abbr>HST<\/abbr>).  Please refer to the <em>Fall 2014 Registration Guide<\/em> for detailed information.<\/p>\n<p>For more information, contact the <abbr>UH<\/abbr> Cashier&#8217;s Office at (808) 956-7554 or <a href=\"mailto:uhmcash@hoppa.cashiers.hawaii.edu\">by email<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2>Fall 2014 tuition payment deadline-July 25<\/h2>\n<p>Tuition and fees for students registering April 23 to July 25, 2014 must be paid in full or enrollment in the <abbr>UH<\/abbr> Installment Payment Plan by Friday, July 25, 2014, 4 p.m. (<abbr>HST<\/abbr>). <abbr>UH<\/abbr> Installment Payment Plan will be offered starting July 1, 2014; see <a href=\"https:\/\/myuh.hawaii.edu\">MyUH<\/a> portal for details.<\/p>\n<p>If full payment or enrollment in the <abbr>UH<\/abbr> Installment Payment Plan is not POSTED to your My<abbr>UH<\/abbr> account by Friday, July 25, 2014, 4 p.m. (<abbr>HST<\/abbr>), your registration may be cancelled.  Note: If you are a fall 2014 financial aid recipient, please disregard the July 25 deadline, your deadline is Wednesday, September 3, 2014, 4 p.m. (<abbr>HST<\/abbr>). Please refer to the <em>Fall 2014 Registration Guide<\/em> for detailed information.<\/p>\n<p>Full payment can be made by MasterCard, VISA or any credit card accepted by the Discover Network such as Discover, Diners, and <abbr>JCB<\/abbr>, pinless debit card or web check (checking or savings account) or sign up for the installment payment plan over the web by connecting to <a href=\"https:\/\/myuh.hawaii.edu\">MyUH<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Check payments can be mailed to University of <span aria-label=\"Hawaii\">Âé¶¹´«Ã½<\/span> Cashier&#8217;s Office, 2600 Campus Road, <abbr title=\"Queen Liliuokalani Center for Student Services\">QLCSS<\/abbr> 105, Honolulu, <abbr title=\"Hawaii\">HI<\/abbr>  96822-2205. Students should allow a minimum of 5 days for mail delivery to meet the payment deadline.  Students should use the Mail-In Payment Remittance Form in the registration guide to mail in their payment. Campus mail and drop off payments are not accepted.
