The University of Â鶹´«Ã½<\/span> offers a free systemwide quarterly eWaste (electronic waste) recycling program for all campuses including UH<\/abbr> Education Centers. The program allows for earth-friendly recycling of unwanted electronic equipment belonging to the university; no personal or public eWaste accepted. Recycling and disposal services are provided courtesy of Apple.<\/p>\n

Representatives have been designated on each campus for aggregation of UH<\/abbr> owned equipment, palletization and processing of paperwork for pickup during the months of January, April, July and October each year. Departments and offices are encouraged to advertise any equipment for reuse on the UH<\/abbr> Electronic Swap Meet<\/a> prior to recycling it.
