University of Â鶹´«Ã½<\/span> at Mānoa<\/span> men\u2019s golfer<\/a> Dane Watanabe received honorable mention honors on the Big West\u2019s All-Conference team.<\/p>\n

The junior from Kāneʻohe<\/span> led the team with a 72.97 scoring average and wrapped up the season with a career-low 5-under 211 at the Big West Championship, where he finished in sixth place. During the championship, Watanabe carded a career-low round of 7-under 65 in the second round. Throughout the season, Watanabe shot nine rounds of par or better and posted two top 10 finishes.<\/p>\n

This year marked the fourth consecutive year a Rainbow Warrior was named to the all-conference team along with Josh Hayashida<\/a> (honorable mention) last season, Blaze Akana<\/a> (first team) in 2023–24 and Atsuya Oishi<\/a> (honorable mention) in 2022–23.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
