University of Â鶹´«Ã½<\/span> at M\u0101noa baseball<\/a> pitcher Hekili Robello was named to the National Collegiate Pitcher of the Year watch list.<\/p>\n

Robello has emerged as one of the top pitchers in the country during the first month of the season. He leads the Big West with a 1.14 ERA<\/abbr> and holds a 3-0 record across four starts. In 23.2 innings, he has struck out 27 batters while issuing just three walks, limiting opponents to a .228 batting average.<\/p>\n

Robello also ranks second in the Big West and 36th nationally with a 9.00 strikeout-to-walk ratio. He is second in the conference in both walks allowed per nine innings (1.14) and total wins.<\/p>\n

Robello is one of six Big West pitchers named to the watch list.<\/p>\n
