Two portrait exhibits, <em>Contemporary Portraiture: Art in Public Places<\/em> and <em>Schaefer Portrait Challenge<\/em>, are open through July 4. Culture and the Arts, a long-standing program that places art in public buildings to broaden access for everyone.<\/p>\n<h2><em>Schaefer Portrait Challenge<\/em><\/h2>\n<p>The <em>Schaefer Portrait
