Happy fall everyone! The holidays and food bring people together. That\u2019s why we are excited to share more UH<\/abbr>-mazing holiday recipes from our University of Â鶹´«Ã½<\/span> ʻohana<\/span>!<\/p>\n

We enjoyed some delicious submissions in 2024<\/a>, including Val Melle\u2019s ʻUlu<\/span> Butter Mochi<\/a>, Chef Roy Yamaguchi\u2019s mom\u2019s green beans<\/a> and Tori Hiro\u2019s family recipe for pinakbet<\/a>.<\/p>\n

UH<\/abbr> News<\/em> invites members of our UH<\/abbr> ʻohana<\/span> to share a recipe and short write up for the holiday season (to include Thanksgiving, Hanukkah, Christmas, Kwanzaa, New Years and any seasonal event our families celebrate). These will run in UH<\/abbr> News<\/em> November–December.<\/p>\n
