The holidays and food bring people together. That\u2019s why we are excited to share more <abbr title=\"University of Hawaii\">UH<\/abbr>-mazing holiday recipes from our University of <span lang=\"haw\">Â鶹´«Ã½<\/span> <span lang=\"haw\">&#699;ohana<\/span>!<\/p>\n<p>We enjoyed some <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hawaii.edu\/news\/2024\/12\/22\/uh-news-holiday-recipes-2024\/\">delicious submissions in 2024<\/a>, including <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hawaii.edu\/news\/2024\/12\/09\/uh-mazing-recipes-val-melle-ulu-butter-mochi\/\">Val Melle\u2019s <span lang=\"haw\">&#699;Ulu<\/span> Butter Mochi<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hawaii.edu\/news\/2024\/12\/05\/recipes-chef-roy-yamaguchi-mom-green-beans\/\">Chef Roy Yamaguchi\u2019s mom\u2019s green beans<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hawaii.edu\/news\/2024\/12\/03\/uh-mazing-recipes-pinakbet\/\">Tori Hiro\u2019s family recipe for pinakbet<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"blocklink\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.hawaii.edu\/news\/tag\/uh-holiday-recipes\/\">Check out holiday recipes from previous years<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p><em><abbr>UH<\/abbr> News<\/em> invites members of our <abbr>UH<\/abbr> <span lang=\"haw\">&#699;ohana<\/span> to share a recipe and short write up for the holiday season (to include Thanksgiving, Hanukkah, Christmas, Kwanzaa, New Years and any seasonal event our families celebrate). These will run in <em><abbr>UH<\/abbr> News<\/em> November&#8211;December.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Each submission should include:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Recipe<\/li>\n<li>A short explanation of why it is special or significant to you, or why your family serves the dish during which holiday (one or two paragraphs)<\/li>\n<li>Photos of the prepared dish and the <abbr>UH<\/abbr> person who is submitting the recipe<\/li>\n<li>Contact information, name, title, campus, email and phone number for the person who is submitting the recipe<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>For questions or to submit your <abbr>UH<\/abbr>-mazing holiday recipe, contact your campus communicator or <a href=\"mailto:news@hawaii.edu\">news@hawaii.edu<\/a>.
