Several honorees of Â鶹´«Ã½<\/span> Business Magazine<\/em>\u2019s “20 for the Next 20<\/a>” class of 2025 have ties to the University of Â鶹´«Ã½<\/span>, including UH<\/abbr> Economic Organization<\/a> (UHERO<\/abbr>) Associate Professor Justin Tyndall and UH<\/abbr> M\u0101noa College of Education<\/a> alumnus Jon Pennington. The annual awards recognize accomplished professionals whose talents and potential set them apart as emerging leaders of Â鶹´«Ã½<\/span>.<\/p>\n

Tyndall\u2019s research at UHERO<\/abbr> focuses on understanding how cities function and identifying policies that can help create more affordable and livable communities. At UHERO<\/abbr>, he leads research efforts on Â鶹´«Ã½<\/span>\u2019s housing market, authoring reports and blogs, as well as managing and sharing policy relevant data resources. Additionally, Tyndall studies transportation systems, publishing research on public transit, road safety and mobility issues.<\/p>\n

“I\u2019m honored to be recognized as part of Â鶹´«Ã½<\/span> Business Magazine<\/em>\u2019s 20 for the Next 20 list,” Tyndall said. “It\u2019s a privilege to contribute research that helps inform public policy and supports the well-being of our communities.”<\/p>\n
