Lassner, who <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hawaii.edu\/news\/2023\/09\/19\/uh-president-lassner-retirement-plans\/\">announced his retirement<\/a> in 2023, will step down at the end of 2024 after 11 years in the position.<\/p>\n<p>The report was presented in two parts.
