(<abbr>FAFSA<\/abbr>) form, <abbr>UH<\/abbr>\u2019s role in the Festival of Pacific Arts and Culture and the university\u2019s role in the state broadband initiative in his President\u2019s Report to the Board of Regents (<abbr>BOR<\/abbr>) at the March 21 <abbr>BOR<\/abbr> monthly meeting at <abbr>UH<\/abbr> M\u0101noa.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\"
