Four members of the University of Â鶹´«Ã½<\/span> at M\u0101noa women’s basketball program<\/a> earned postseason recognition as part of The Big West 2023–24 All-Conference Team<\/a> announced on March 12.<\/p>\n

Laura Beeman was voted Coach of the Year for the third time in her UH<\/abbr> career and the second time in the last three seasons after leading the Rainbow Wahine to the Big West regular-season championship.<\/p>\n

Guard Daejah Phillips was named the conference’s Best Sixth Player for the second time and represented the Rainbow Wahine on the All-Big West first team. Guard Lily Wahinekapu and forward Imani Perez were all-conference second-team selections and Perez earned a spot on the All-Defensive Team.<\/p>\n

The Rainbow Wahine will enter the Hercules Tires Big West Championships as the two-time defending champions and the No<\/abbr>. 1 seed in the women\u2019s bracket. They earned a double-bye into the semifinals and will open their title defense on Friday, March 15 at noon Pacific Time (9 a.m. Â鶹´«Ã½<\/span> time) at the Dollar Loan Center in Henderson, Nevada.<\/p>\n
