University of Â鶹´«Ã½<\/span><\/a> goalkeeper Daisy Logtens was named the Big West Women’s Water Polo Player of the Week on February 28, after helping lead the second-ranked Rainbow Wahine to a runner-up finish in the Barbara Kalbus Invitational last weekend in Irvine, California.<\/p>\n

Logtens opened the Barbara Kalbus Invitational by posting five saves with a .833 save percentage while surrendering just one goal in a half of play in UH<\/abbr>‘s 18-4 win over Pomona-Pitzer on February 23.<\/p>\n

She recorded 37 saves over four tournament matches to help UH<\/abbr> finish 3-1 and post its highest finish in 17 appearances in the event. She is the fourth Rainbow Wahine to earn the Big West Player of the Week award this season.<\/p>\n

Logtens ranks third in the Big West with 106 saves and leads the conference with a .596 save percentage.<\/p>\n
