The <a href=\"https:\/\/hawaiiathletics.com\/sports\/womens-swimming-and-diving\">Rainbow Wahine<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/hawaiiathletics.com\/sports\/mens-swimming-and-diving\">Rainbow Warrior<\/a> swimming teams built on those performances over the four-day <abbr>MPSF<\/abbr> Swimming Championship to take the <abbr>MPSF<\/abbr> titles. <\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.hawaii.edu\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/manoa-athletics-swimming-mpsf-1-300x169.jpg\" alt=\"U H swimmers\" width=\"300\" height=\"169\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-192550\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.hawaii.edu\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/manoa-athletics-swimming-mpsf-1-300x169.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.hawaii.edu\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/manoa-athletics-swimming-mpsf-1-130x73.jpg 130w, https:\/\/www.hawaii.edu\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/manoa-athletics-swimming-mpsf-1.jpg 676w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The Rainbow Wahine finished the competition with a total of 794 points and captured their second straight <abbr>MPSF<\/abbr> title.<\/p>\n<p>The Rainbow Warriors finished first with 794.5 points in the men\u2019s standings. The Warriors won all five relay events, setting the <abbr>MPSF<\/abbr> championship record with each victory.<\/p>\n<h2>Rainbow Wahine<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Day 1<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>800 freestyle relay;  Zofia Tyminska, Nelson, Friedrich and Selling<\/li>\n<li>200 IM: 2nd &#8211; Selling<\/li>\n<li>50 free: 2nd &#8211; Nelson<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Day 3<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>400 medley: 2nd &#8211; Ozment, Kathryn Ivanov, Friedrich and Selling<\/li>\n<li>100 backstroke: 1st &#8211; Friedrich, 2nd &#8211; Alexa Ozment, 3rd &#8211; Dorottya Dobos<\/li>\n<li>200 freestyle: 2nd &#8211; Treydte, 3rd &#8211; Selling<\/li>\n<li>100 breaststroke: 2nd &#8211; Ivanov<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Day 4<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>400 freestyle relay: 1st &#8211; Treydte, Nelson, Friedrich and Selling<\/li>\n<li>200 backstroke: 1st &#8211;
