Among the perks for the <abbr>ACM<\/abbr> System students\u2014access to the first <abbr>HIFF<\/abbr> screening and guest speaker to be held at <abbr title=\"University of Hawaii\">UH<\/abbr> West <span aria-label=\"Oahu\">O&#699;ahu<\/span>.<\/p>\n<p>On <strong>October 21, 2&#8211;3:30 p.m. an <span aria-label=\"Uluulu\">&#699;Ulu&#699;ulu<\/span> film presentation and panel<\/strong>, in partnership with Bishop Museum, will feature three episodes of <em>Treasures<\/em>, a docuseries that was produced and broadcast on <abbr>KHON<\/abbr> in 1985. <em>Treasures<\/em> will be shown at the <abbr>UH<\/abbr> West <span aria-label=\"Oahu\">O&#699;ahu<\/span> <abbr>ACM<\/abbr> campus, a state-of-the-art facility and headquarters of <span aria-label=\"Uluulu\">&#699;Ulu&#699;ulu:<\/span> The Henry <span aria-label=\"Kuualoha\">Ku&#699;ualoha<\/span> Giugni Moving Image Archive of <span aria-label=\"Hawaii\">Â鶹´«Ã½<\/span>.<\/p>\n<p>Also on <strong>October 21, 4&#8211;5:30 p.m., a conversation with celebrated M&#257;ori actor, Cliff Curtis<\/strong>, whose work ranges from <em>The Piano<\/em>, <em>Once Were Warriors<\/em> and <em>Whale Rider<\/em>, to playing different ethnicities in major motion pictures and network series over more than three decades.
