University of Â鶹´«Ã½<\/span> at Hilo baseball<\/a> player Ryan Cho<\/strong> and softball<\/a> player Lexie Tilton<\/strong> earned KTA<\/abbr> Super Stores Superstars of the Week awards for March 22–April 4.<\/p>\n

Cho, a senior, was an offensive machine in UH<\/abbr> Hilo\u2019s seven games, going 15-for-30 (.500) with seven RBI<\/abbr>, two doubles, one home run and nine runs scored with 46 putouts and one assist at first base.<\/p>\n

Tilton, a freshman, has led the Vulcans at the plate through the team\u2019s heavy-loaded 12-game slate over the last two weeks. She hit .385 on 15 hits, 10 RBI<\/abbr>, five doubles, one triple and five runs scored while recording 19 putouts in left field.<\/p>\n

The KTA<\/abbr> Superstars award<\/a> names one male and one female Vulcans student-athlete each week, highlighting their accomplishments from the prior week.<\/p>\n
