The University of Âé¶¹´«Ã½<\/span> at M\u0101noa<\/a> is among the top 2% in the world for academic and research excellence, according to the 2021 Academic Ranking of World Universities<\/a> (ARWU<\/abbr>) by the Shanghai Ranking Consultancy, released on August 15.<\/p>\n

UH<\/abbr>\u2019s flagship campus ranked in the No<\/abbr>. 90–110 tier in the U.S out of about 2,600 four-year colleges and universities<\/a>. Out of more than 26,000 colleges and universities worldwide, UH<\/abbr> M\u0101noa placed in the No<\/abbr>. 301–400 tier.<\/p>\n

Shanghai Ranking Consultancy considers more than 2,000 worldwide universities for its rankings and the best 1,000 are published.<\/p>\n
