The data will help to inform community mitigation strategies for the virus.<\/p>\n<p>The survey is conducted by <abbr title=\"University of Hawaii\">UH<\/abbr> M\u0101noa\u2019s Pacific Urban Resilience Lab (<abbr title=\"Pacific Urban Resilience Lab\">PURL<\/abbr>) and the <a href=\"https:\/\/ndptc.hawaii.edu\/\">National Disaster Preparedness Training Center<\/a>, and is supported by the U.S. Federal Emergency Management Agency and community partners.<\/p>\n<p>Survey questions include if an individual has tested positive for COVID-19; perceptions of the dangers of COVID-19, current prevention efforts and the likelihood of its spread in different communities; and the willingness to take a potential vaccine. The voluntary survey is limited to <span aria-label=\"Hawaii\">Â鶹´«Ã½<\/span> residents, but researchers will incorporate data from other states and countries. The deadline is December 15.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/tinyurl.com\/y4laufhn\">Complete the COVID-19 Community Risk Survey<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&ldquo;Many people have contracted the virus and have recovered.
