Kapiʻolani<\/span> Community College<\/a> and the Culinary Institute of the Pacific have partnered with KFVE<\/a> to launch What’s Cooking Â鶹´«Ã½<\/span>,<\/em><\/a> a 30-minute cooking show that airs Wednesdays at 7 p.m. on KFVE.<\/p>\n

The program showcases top chefs, guest chefs, student chefs, and instructors from the culinary arts program<\/a> at Kapiʻolani<\/span> Community College.<\/p>\n

Hosted by Kapiʻolani<\/span> CC<\/abbr> Chef-Instructor Grant Sato<\/strong>, the show will highlight various aspects of cooking in Â鶹´«Ã½<\/span>, including but not limited to special topics of interest such as sustainability, cooking for elders, special creations in the kitchen, local competitions and preparations, and preparing for the next 10 years in the evolution of cooking.<\/p>\n

Recipes from the show will also be featured in the Wednesday food section of the Honolulu Star-Advertiser<\/em>.<\/p>\n

The 13-episode series debuted on January 9, and repeat episodes will air immediately following the first 13-week installment, giving the show a 26-week run.<\/p>\n
