The first visit is free to the patient, and some health care providers offer all free visits for those without insurance.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/hawaii.virtriage.com\/#\/uhtelepsych\"><span aria-label=\"Hawaii\">Â鶹´«Ã½<\/span> Telepsych Visits<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The telemedicine service is provided by the University of <span aria-label=\"Hawaii\">Â鶹´«Ã½<\/span> at M\u0101noa <a href=\"http:\/\/jabsom.hawaii.edu\">John A. Burns School of Medicine<\/a> (<abbr>JABSOM<\/abbr>) and the <span aria-label=\"Hawaii\">Â鶹´«Ã½<\/span> Department of Health.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;We want to offer a safety net for individuals who can\u2019t reach health care and mental health care during this trying time and into the future,&rdquo; said <strong>Kelley Withy<\/strong>, director of the <abbr>JABSOM<\/abbr> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ahec.hawaii.edu\">Pacific Basin Area Health Education Center<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The following health professionals are among those available to patients:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Psychiatrist<\/li>\n<li>Psychologist<\/li>\n<li>Clinical social worker<\/li>\n<li>Certified substance abuse counselor<\/li>\n<li>Treatment of drug use and chemical dependency<\/li>\n<li>Psychiatric advanced practice nurse practitioners<\/li>\n<li>Licensed mental health counselor<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Patients can call between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m., Monday through Friday for an on-demand telehealth session, or schedule an appointment with a provider.<\/p>\n<p><span aria-label=\"Hawaii\">Â鶹´«Ã½<\/span> UTelehealth also provides a <a href=\"https:\/\/hawaii.virtriage.com\/#\/uh_covid19\">COVID-19 screening tool<\/a> that lists testing locations and links to other general information. <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.uhfoundation.org\/give\/giving-opportunity\/covid-19\">Support the <abbr>UH<\/abbr> Student Relief fund and COVID-19
