University of Âé¶¹´«Ã½<\/span> at M\u0101noa College of Education<\/a> (COE<\/abbr>) faculty are collaborating with Lunalilo Home Residential Care<\/a> and P\u016bnana Leo o M\u0101noa<\/a> to help gather much needed food and supplies for Âé¶¹´«Ã½<\/span>\u2019s k\u016bpuna who are sheltering in place during the COVID-19 pandemic.<\/p>\n

On behalf of ʻĀinahou<\/span>, a group of Native Hawaiian faculty members in COE<\/abbr>, Associate Specialist E\u014dmailani K. Kukahiko<\/strong> and Assistant Professor Kahunawai Wright<\/strong> have been reaching out to the college and larger community to collect various items that the care home needs as its supplies diminish and families and loved ones are unable to visit.<\/p>\n
