The seven-day celebration of the <span aria-label=\"Hawaii\">Â鶹´«Ã½<\/span> cuisine scene, November 15&#8211;24, features special menu items, promotions and discounts from fast food to fine dining restaurants.<\/p>\n<p>Diners can taste a variety of exceptional dishes that are prepared by <span aria-label=\"Hawaii\">Â鶹´«Ã½<\/span> chefs. All dishes are made with locally farmed produce.<\/p>\n<p>Part of the proceeds will support the students of the University of <span aria-label=\"Hawaii\">Â鶹´«Ã½<\/span> Community Colleges\u2019 <a href=\"http:\/\/uhcc.hawaii.edu\/culinary\/\">Culinary Institute of the Pacific<\/a> (<abbr>CIP<\/abbr>) at Diamond Head. Areas of advancement include the signature restaurant, competition auditorium, teaching laboratories, classrooms and office spaces.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;The new campus will give <span aria-label=\"Hawaii\">Â鶹´«Ã½<\/span>\u2019s culinary arts graduates an excellent venue to earn higher culinary arts credentials here in <span aria-label=\"Hawaii\">Â鶹´«Ã½<\/span>,&rdquo;
