The University of Â鶹´«Ã½<\/span> at Mānoa<\/a> is one of the nation’s best institutions for undergraduate education, according to the Princeton Review<\/em>. The education services company features the campus in the just-released 2020 edition of its college guide, The Best 385 Colleges<\/a>. UH<\/abbr> Mānoa ranks 60 in its “green rating” of being environmentally responsible, 75 in academics and 85 in quality of life.<\/p>\n

The survey summary notes that UH<\/abbr> Mānoa students said recreation facilities are great; they are happy and think fellow students are friendly; diverse student types interact on campus; and they get along with the local community.<\/p>\n

“Only about 13 percent of America’s four-year colleges are in the book,” said Robert Franek, Princeton Review’s<\/em> editor-in-chief and author of The Best 385 Colleges. “Since 1992, our annual guide has showcased the schools we recommend to college applicants and their parents as our picks for the nation’s best schools for undergraduate academics.”<\/p>\n

Princeton Review<\/em> does not rank colleges from 1 to 385 in any category. Instead it uses students’ ratings of their schools to compile the 62 ranking lists of the top 20 colleges in the book in various categories.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
