5 Rainbow Wahine earn water polo All-America honors

A program-record five members of the UH water polo team received recognition on the ACWPC All-America teams for the 2024 season.

The team placed third in two national polls, marking the highest final ranking in the history of the Rainbow Wahine program.

UH Mānoa women’s water polo team finished the season with a team-high 64 goals and 211 saves.

Raha Peiravani, majoring in Finance with a minor in psychology, currently carries a 4.0 GPA.

UH Rainbow Wahine head to California aiming for a water polo national title.

UH women’s water polo team claimed two of the Big West’s top individual awards, and seven Rainbow Wahine players received all-conference recognition.

With the victory, the Rainbow Wahine claimed the Big West’s automatic bid to the NCAA National Collegiate Women’s Water Polo Championship.

The team secured the program’s 6th Big West regular-season title.

Jordan Wedderburn led the team to the No. 3 spot in the Collegiate Water Polo Association Women’s Varsity Top 25.

UH’s three selections lead the way among the 17 teams in the nation on the list.
