Sydney Miller and Emily Heintzelman will represent the University of Â鶹´«Ã½ at ²Ñ¨¡²Ô´Ç²¹ at the 2025 American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA) Beach Pairs National Championship November 7–9, in Huntsville, Alabama.
The women’s championship features a 64-pair bracket. Schools earned bids in three ways: performance in the 2025 spring season, top finishes at qualifying events held over the past six weeks, and being one of the at-large selections. Miller and Heintzelman were the top Rainbow Wahine finishers at the Surf City Challenge in October.
Key matches from the AVCA Beach National Championships will be streamed. Six matches from the women’s pairs event¡ªtwo of the quarterfinals, both semifinals, the third-place match, and the championship¡ªwill be available at ESPN+. An additional 20 matches will be streamed on the AVCA YouTube channel. .
This will be the fourth year of the AVCA National Beach Championships, with six pairs of Rainbow Wahine previously competing in the event.
