Â鶹´«Ã½²Ñ¨¡²Ô´Ç²¹ softball preseason honors

University of Â鶹´«Ã½ at Mānoa softball player Izabella Martinez was voted to the 2025 All-Big West Preseason Coaches¡¯ Team, and the were picked to finish fourth in the Preseason Coaches¡¯ Poll.

Martinez was one of 11 players voted to the preseason team. Last year, Martinez started all 46 games at catcher and finished the season hitting .298 (39-for-131) with six doubles and 22 RBI. She earned all-Big West honors both as a sophomore and junior.

The Rainbow Wahine team received 52 points to rank fourth in the Big West Preseason Coaches’ Poll. Last year, the ¡®Bows finished with a 20-26 overall record and a 13-12 conference mark to finish in fourth place.

This is Bob Coolen¡¯s 34th and final season as UH¡¯s head softball coach.
