The Â鶹´«Ã½ Tech Days of Spring 2025, designed to enhance student learning and foster job growth in the tech and cyber sectors, kicks off on February 12. In 2024, more than 400 students participated in the Tech Days of Spring, and about 600 students participated in the Tech Days of Fall.
Co-sponsored by the University of Â鶹´«Ã½ and the Chamber of Commerce Hawaii, in partnership with 15 local organizations, this biannual series aims to address the growing demand for skilled tech professionals in Â鶹´«Ã½.
“UH has long supported initiatives connecting our youth with exciting tech careers,” said Garret Yoshimi, UH vice president for information technology and chief information officer. “Through Â鶹´«Ã½ Tech Day events, we foster industry-academia partnerships, equipping students with the skills needed to succeed in Â鶹´«Ã½’s thriving tech sector.”

The , representing IT leaders statewide, will advise post-secondary educators on IT curriculum, ensuring UH graduates meet the evolving needs of Â鶹´«Ã½’s tech industry. - Resume Review Day (March 27 @ UH ²Ñ¨¡²Ô´Ç²¹):
Students can receive expert resume guidance from industry professionals, learning how to tailor their resumes for tech job applications.
