The University of Â鶹´«Ã½ at ²Ñ¨¡²Ô´Ç²¹ enters the 2024¨C25 campaign at No. 19 in the Collegeinsider.com Women’s Preseason Mid Major Top 25.
The Rainbow Wahine received 194 points in the poll of 31 NCAA Division I coaches released on October 29. UH is the lone Big West team in the top 25.
The ¡®Bows were ranked 22nd in last year¡¯s preseason Mid Major poll and closed the regular season just outside the top 25 after capturing the Big West regular-season championship with a 17-3 conference record.
The Rainbow Wahine head to Maui for an exhibition with Chaminade set for November 2. UH opens the regular season with a road trip to the Pacific Northwest and plays at Portland on November 7, and at Portland State on November 9. The ¡®Bows make their home debut on November 22, against Louisiana Monroe in the Bank of Â鶹´«Ã½ Classic.
