
One of the leading national and international university rankings organizations has recognized the for its research and academic excellence. The , released on September 2 BST (September 1 HST), lists UH ²Ñ¨¡²Ô´Ç²¹ No. 63 in the nation out of
UH¡¯s flagship campus was also placed in the 251–300 tier worldwide, which is among the top 2% in the world. Times Higher Education considers more than 1,600 institutions out of 26,000 colleges and universities worldwide to be eligible for its rankings.
The rankings criteria include 13 performance indicators across five broad areas: teaching, research, citations, international outlook and industry income.

UH ²Ñ¨¡²Ô´Ç²¹¡¯s place in the 2022 Times Higher Education World University Rankings assures our students that they chose an institution that excels globally in academics and research,” UH ²Ñ¨¡²Ô´Ç²¹ Provost Michael Bruno said. “This recognition is just one example of the outstanding work demonstrated by our students, faculty and staff.”
