A drive-through vaccination clinic for first responders was held at the on December 23, 2020.
UH Maui College nursing students held a run-through of the operation a few days earlier, in preparation for assisting with the real thing.
Among those receiving vaccinations were UH Maui College Professor of Nursing Denise Cohen and Associate Professor of Nursing Kathleen Hagan. Their own students got to vaccinate Cohen and Hagan as they participated in the drive-through.
