The University of Â鶹´«Ã½ at ²Ñ¨¡²Ô´Ç²¹ has begun a new YouTube segment called ‘Bows Kitchen, to help Â鶹´«Ã½ make their favorite local dishes from home. On the menu for its first episode—crispy chicken katsu, taught by UH ²Ñ¨¡²Ô´Ç²¹ men¡¯s golf coach Ronn Miyashiro from his backyard.
“Some people don¡¯t like to [make chicken katsu] because they think it¡¯s hard, but I want to show you that it¡¯s not very hard at all,” said Miyashiro in his video. “It¡¯s something everyone can make from home.”
