The Rainbow Wahine earn their ninth Big West Conference title.

The University of Âé¶¹´«Ã½ women¡¯s volleyball team won the Big West Conference title with a three-set sweep over Long Beach State on Friday night at a sold out Stan Sheriff Center. The Rainbow Wahine won the sets with scores of 25-18, 25-12 and 25-20. Âé¶¹´«Ã½ improved to 24-3 overall and 14-2 in the Big West to capture their first title since 2016.

Friday night was also Senior Night as the ¡¯Bows honored their five seniors—Bailey Choy, Norene Iosia, Rika Okino, McKenna Ross and Kirsten Sibley.

The game marked Âé¶¹´«Ã½¡¯s ninth Big West title and fifth since rejoining the Big West in 2012. It is UH¡¯s 24th overall conference title and the first conference crown for Head Coach Robyn Ah Mow.

The Rainbow Wahine finished the season winning their last 11-straight matches. UH¡¯s 24 wins is also the most for Ah Mow in a season since 2015 after earning 20 wins in 2017 and 18 victories last year.
