The Âé¶¹´«Ã½ Women’s Health Research Center is seeking clinical participants for two research studies.
E4 Freedom clinical research study
If you are a woman between 16–50 years old and you require contraception, you may be eligible to participate in the .
This study is evaluating how safe and effective the study pill is at preventing pregnancy, and what periods are like during the menstrual cycle while taking it. Your well-being will be monitored throughout.
To be eligible you must:
- be a heterosexual active female
- require contraception for at least a year
- be a non-smoker (if you are older than 35 years)
- be in good physical and mental health
By taking part in this study you could make an important contribution to clinical research into contraception.

LevoCept clinical research study
Recruitment is ongoing for a clinical research study that will study the safety and effectiveness of an investigational, hormonal method of birth control.
Purpose of the study
- To study the safety and effectiveness of LevoCept in preventing pregnancy
- To identify if LevoCept has any effect on normal menstrual periods and bleeding
- To assess how subjects tolerate LevoCept use
