Leaders from Âé¶¹´«Ã½’s energy sector met on August 11 to help the University of Âé¶¹´«Ã½ refine its strategy and develop additional tools to reduce its energy use and work collaboratively towards achieving net-zero energy production.

Sponsored and supported by , participants included representatives from the , , , , , , , and key stakeholders from across the System.

A proposed design and structure for a Green Revolving Fund dedicated to investing in low-risk, high-return energy efficiency projects was presented. The group provided critical input to refine and expand the proposed fund into a comprehensive strategy to deliver impact at scale.

“The University of Âé¶¹´«Ã½ recognizes the need to work together with its internal and external stakeholders to accelerate implementation of energy solutions and is excited about helping the state achieve its ambitious energy goals through this collaborative approach,” said UH System Sustainability Coordinator Matthew Lynch.
