My memory of Â鶹´«Ã½at Manoa is very pleasant. I gained a lot in my academic and practical life through this intercultural experience. I am at present Emeritus Professor, Department of Anthropology, Calcutta University, India.

My condolence to the bereaved family and to the fraternity of East West Center that Professor Turnbull built.
