County said there was no feasible way to truly rid or exterminate these creatures and only a possibilty of managing the problem. I have a two part qustion; first is this true and how could this message be relayed to the public to ensure transparency towards public recognition of such an important issue.

a study, video or attached reseach article on the success of the annihilation of these pests would be greatly appreciated as I can divulge this information to people who are personally affected by the infestation.
