Would you care to expand on your claim Lynn?…seems to me the oil industry is the wealth monger now…i did not hear Gore or Boxer claiming they were scientists…but the science and empirical evidence being disseminated by the scientific community are convincing that the burning of fossil fuels is having an negative impact on the planet and the population expansion intensifies the demand on energy…there is no denying humanity must find alternative energy sources which is what the carbon tax would stimulate…things would be different if money was not an influential factor on politics…the carbon tax may be an equalizer for our current political framework.

What they are factually is HEAVILY INVESTED in a carbon credits scheme that would enrich then beyond belief.
