I am proud to say I graduated from Hawaii Community College as one of the biggest majors graduated on my graduation night. It surprises me how close your guys culinary program is to ours so when I read through the paragraphs I wanted to read until the end. I’ve learned sooo much from different tools and equipment in the kitchen, how to tie a roast and even how to make yummy vegetarian dishes! Overall I would like to congratulate all current graduates and hopefully inspire all first year students to fulfill their dreams for becoming the next chef! Big Mahalos Chefs!
