As a former UHMC student currently at Leeward CC, I’m glad this project is finally done. The infrastructure looks great! But, the operation or software of UHMC is negatively posted in the aforementioned replies. I would love to return to UHMC & finish my anatomy & physiology there. Aloha from Pearl City.

we get it there are microscopes. something every college had 30 years ago. for 26 million dollars can’t they afford to have a couple of outside benches? the vertical wind turbines are too small. should have a bigger vwt like the one on the opposite side of campus.

i bet some students can’t wait to throw their gum down on the new sidewalk and i bet maintenance will not give a care to pick them up.

what’s appalling is that the news flow has stopped on UHMC website. the news are not updated anymore. I don’t believe any students were aware when the dedication was being made.

since Inouye is gone i hope UHMC maintains this facility for a long time. they might not get help for a long time. meaning no gum on sidewalks. lastly hope they can afford to get some benches so students can sit outside ti enjoy eating lunch or just taking a break.

Now, if only the school offered science degrees worth anything. I’m beginning to regret attending this school, and will be looking to transfer out to another where the administration actually works for the students, not the Chancellors little pet projects.
