ACM Night is a unique cultural event for the whole family

The University of Âé¶¹´«Ã½ at Mānoa’s invites the public to ACM Night at the Âé¶¹´«Ã½ International Film Festival on Thursday, October 18, 6:15 p.m. at Regal Dole Cannery Theatres.

The event features 10 student films including award-winning dramas, comedies and documentaries. Also at 4 p.m. is Shanghai Shorts, an anthology of short films from ACM’s SMART Exchange Program with Shanghai University.

Tickets are available through HIFF’s online box office.

  • Emily at 2:30 p.m., directed by Kristin Kouke (An ACM/Cinema Italiano Future Filmmmaker Award winner)
  • Ka Pua, directed by Erin Lau (An ACM and Shanghai International FIlm Festival Documentary Award winner)
  • Fine Kine Dining, directed by Richard Dang
  • I Will Become Waves, directed by Jason Kaneshiro
  • Shanghai Market, episodes directed by Erin Lau, Kristin Kouke and Cheng Yi Shi
