I’m the architecture student that was present at this agreement, and though I’m still young in the program, I hope to one day get the chance to design these homes to reflect the beautiful residents within the community. I’m not thinking of mini palatial estate or “knock offs”. Being from the homestead of Keaukaha, I’m just simply proud of the opportunity to give back to the homestead communities like the one I’m from that have been the back bone of support for the homestead youth like myself.
