(For pre-Banner terms, please contact the department and\/or Registrar&#8217;s Office of the institution where the class was offered.)<\/p>\n<p>To view your past classes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Go\u00a0to <a title=\"MyUH\" href=\"https:\/\/myuh.hawaii.edu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">MyUH<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Search for the &#8220;<strong>Faculty Services Menu<\/strong>&#8221; task by entering text in the search bar, then ENTER.<\/li>\n<li>The &#8220;<strong>Faculty Services Menu<\/strong>&#8221; task will appear in the Search Results section. Click on the task. That will take you to the Faculty Detail Schedule for that specific term only.\u00a0 From that page, use the Return to Menu link in the upper right corner to access the faculty menu.\u00a0 From there you may use the CRN Selection\u00a0menu item to access all the sections assigned to you in that term, including those designated not to display for students.<\/p>\n<p>Clicking on the CRN of the class will take you to the Faculty Detail Schedule view of the class.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-3403\" src=\"https:\/\/www.hawaii.edu\/myuhinfo\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/20\/2021\/06\/Detail-Class-List.jpg\" alt=\"Detail CLass List Student\" width=\"1652\" height=\"392\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.hawaii.edu\/myuhinfo\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/20\/2021\/06\/Detail-Class-List.jpg 1652w, https:\/\/www.hawaii.edu\/myuhinfo\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/20\/2021\/06\/Detail-Class-List-300x71.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.hawaii.edu\/myuhinfo\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/20\/2021\/06\/Detail-Class-List-1024x243.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.hawaii.edu\/myuhinfo\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/20\/2021\/06\/Detail-Class-List-768x182.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.hawaii.edu\/myuhinfo\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/20\/2021\/06\/Detail-Class-List-1536x364.jpg 1536w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1652px) 100vw, 1652px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Notes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To\u00a0view grades, use the <strong>Class List\u00a0<\/strong>or <strong>Enrollment<\/strong>\u00a0link to access the <strong>Summary Class List<\/strong> and scroll down to the Exportable view at the bottom.<\/li>\n<li>To view Last Attendance Date, use the <strong>Return to Menu<\/strong>\u00a0link in the upper right corner to access the Faculty Services menu and select Final Grades.<\/li>\n<li>To view student information, use the <strong>Class List<\/strong>\u00a0link at the bottom\u00a0to access the\u00a0<strong>Detail Class List <\/strong>and click on the student name for address, email and telephone number.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Links on the Faculty Detail Schedule page:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Rosters: <strong>Class List<\/strong>,<strong> Enrollment<\/strong>, or the <strong>Summary Class List<\/strong>\u00a0&#8211; takes you to the Summary Class List. This has the Exportable view of your class list which has your submitted grades and the current grades for the students.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Syllabus and Office Hours<\/strong>\u00a0&#8211; displays &#8220;Add&#8221; if no entries were made;\u00a0displays &#8220;Maintain&#8221; if infomation has been saved on these pages.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Return to Menu<\/strong>\u00a0&#8211; takes you back to the Faculty Services menu with the selected\u00a0CRN.
