Internship Description<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Interns at SHPD may engage in a variety of activities in the support of the library. Activities include, but are not limited to: digitization, cataloging, filing, rehousing, and application of metadata.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Library\/Collection Description<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The SHPD library is a non-circulating collection of materials related to the activities of the branches of the State Historic Preservation Department, which include Archaeology, Architecture, and History & Culture. SHPD\u2019s collection contains information on more than 38,000 historic sites in Hawai\u02bbi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
