On August 1, 2014 at the University of Hawai\u02bbi at M\u0101noa – Hamilton Library, the first ever Hawai\u02bbi Digital Resources Symposium was held.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Many of the presenters were our own Â鶹´«Ã½LIS graduates and current students! The presenters were Keikilani Meyer (current MLIS Student)<\/em> and Loko\u02bbolu Quintero for the Ulukau Hawaiian Electronic Library<\/a>, Keau George and Annemarie Aweau (Archivist & MLIS Graduate)<\/em> for the Hula Preservation Society<\/a>, Shavonn Matsuda (Assistant Archivist & MLIS Graduate<\/em>)\u00a0 for the \u02bbUlu\u02bbulu: The Henry Ku\u02bbualoha Giugni Moving Image Archive of Hawai\u02bbi,<\/a> and Martha Chantiny (Librarian & Head UHM, DNS<\/em>), Jennifer Beamer (current MLIS Student & former Project Manager HDNP<\/a><\/em>)\u00a0 and Alice Kim (Graduate Student and MLIS Graduate<\/em>) for the HDNP<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The event was well attended with approximately 60 participants and sponsored by the Hawai\u02bbi Digital Newspaper Project<\/a> (HDNP).<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n
