Please refer to&nbsp;the Â鶹´«Ã½M\u0101noa Records &amp; Registration <a href=\"https:\/\/manoa.hawaii.edu\/records\/graduation.html\">Graduation Information<\/a>&nbsp;page for each semester&#8217;s specific deadline. Failure to file by the deadline may delay graduation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Program requests that graduating students provide&nbsp;the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A\u00a0Record of Service <a href=\"http:\/\/www.hawaii.edu\/lis\/resources\/forms\/\">form<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Confirmation that they have completed the Graduating Student Survey<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Post-graduation contact info, i.e., permanent postal address and non-Â鶹´«Ã½email address<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The Program Coordinator will collect&nbsp;this information from&nbsp;students within the first six weeks of their&nbsp;final semester in the Program.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Commencement<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Those students who wish to participate in the commencement exercise must register to do so. For more more information and registration deadlines, refer to the Â鶹´«Ã½M\u0101noa <a href=\"https:\/\/manoa.hawaii.edu\/commencement\/\">commencement site<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Graduation regalia may be purchased from the UH&nbsp;M\u0101noa <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bookstore.hawaii.edu\/manoa\/\">bookstore<\/a>. The <a href=\"http:\/\/huidui.weebly.com\/\">Hui Dui<\/a>&nbsp;student group may also have some caps &amp; gowns available for&nbsp;loan &#8211; please contact an officer for assistance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Services<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Don&#8217;t forget to take advantage of these services before graduating:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Make an appointment with the LIS Program Coordinator to review and update your curriculum vitae or r\u00e9sum\u00e9<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enroll in the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hawaii.edu\/askus\/1137\">ITS \u02bbOhana<\/a> program to retain your Â鶹´«Ã½email address<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Become an active participant in the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.hawaii.edu\/lis\/organizations\/alumni_group\/index.html\">LIS Alumni Group<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Students who plan to graduate must file a Graduate Application for Degree form with the Â鶹´«Ã½M\u0101noa Graduate Division by the Friday of the third week of the semester in which the student intends to graduate.
